Matched against Street CRM
New registrations are checked against name, email, mobile and postcode already held in the Street CRM. A match means instant approval — no match means a quick manual check by our admin team.
Documents, in one place
Tenancy agreements, rent statements, landlord statements, gas safety and EPC certificates — pulled either from Street's document store via its API, or from a shared network folder as an interim step.
One account per person
Landlords see statements and certificates for their properties; tenants see their tenancy documents and payment history — kept separate and private to each account.
